WSTA offers a carcass evaluation service in Alberta and BC in cooperation with Fletchers Fine Foods in Red Deer Alberta and Johnston Meats in Chilliwack, B.C.  Through the cooperation of these plants we are able to offer a partial carcass cut-out with the following measurements taken:
